Winter Evenings—Three Wednesday evenings of oil painting in the studio! We’ll explore the fundamentals of creating convincing landscape paintings, with emphasis on composition, value structure, depth via color temperature and atmospheric perspective, and finesse for a finish. Individualized instruction of how to make the most of completing the effort from the evening, plus a review of the previous week’s effort. Participants will work from their own reference images. Work completed from the final class is encouraged to be sent via email for final input. Participants get mixing exercise worksheets to enhance color theory.  3 Sessions
