Artist and business owner Cindy Harris Demonstrates Plein Air, Friday July 19th from 10:30-1:30 pm at the Pat Rini Rohrer Gallery

Well known Finger Lakes professional artist and graphic designer, Cindy Harris will demonstrate her passion for Plein Air painting in oils.

Her paintings often feature scenes of tractors and barns amid grassy fields and flowers. She loves her 10-acre spread in Bloomfield. She has a husband and two grown children. She is thrilled to use her graphic arts and design skills to create brochures for businesses and tourism organizations in the Finger Lakes area.

“If there’s one thing I would want you to know about me, it is this: I didn’t choose painting. It chose me. I feel that I have an internal push inside of me; a light that wants to be expressed—and the only way to let it speak is through painting.”,  says Cindy Harris.

Cindy will be doing outdoor Plein Air painting in the vicinity of the  Pat Rini Rohrer Gallery in Canandaigua where many of her works are exhibited and  available.

Watercolor demo Judy Soprano – Saturday, July 20th Noon to 3 pm

Nationally acclaimed oil and watercolorist Judy Soprano will demonstrate her passion for nature in watercolor. She is best known for her very “soft and dreamlike” watercolor of trees, creeks, and barns.

“I paint almost every day and if I don’t paint, I’m thinking about it,” says Judy Soprano. It’s a perfect summation of Soprano’s passion for painting which ignited a long and prolific art career for this accomplished Livonia-based fine artist.

Please join us at the Pat Rini Rohrer Gallery in Canandaigua for the watercolor demo and where many of her works are exhibited and  available.
