“LOOKING BACK & GOING FORWARD”
Pat Rini Rohrer
A solo exhibition of the body of work from Pat Rini Rohrer, created over the past 10 years. Please join us on Saturday, Oct. 6, from 5-7:30 p.m. for the exhibition opening. This is a chance to meet the artist and view over 60 works.
Pat Rini Rohrer is a long-time painter of landscapes, figures, and florals. The exhibit shows the common thread and the evolution of her work. Age has no limits on the artists’ spirit and passion to create.
Pat Rini Rohrer is a Canandaigua-based artist who holds a BA from Notre Dame College and an MS from Nazareth College, both in Art Education. Her studio art studies include the Cleveland Institute of Art, Alphonsas Dargis Studio, Rochester Institute of Technology, Thomas Buechner Studio, and the University of Rochester. She has exhibited paintings in galleries nationally, participated in group exhibitions, and has served as a respected juror. Through the years, the artist has guided many artists as their teacher and painting mentor. She is currently teaching at Studio II in Canandaigua. The Pat Rini Rohrer Gallery is one of the founders of the Finger Lakes Plein Festival which just held its seventh festival in our community.
Refreshments will be served during the opening reception on Saturday, Oct.6, 5-7:30 pm, which is free and open to the public.
The exhibition runs from Oct. 6th through Nov. 3rd.
